MUNA Remote Repair
We help people who are unsure what is happening with their computer, phone, e-mail, documents or Windows system. We assess the issue first, then attempt remote assistance when it is safe and technically possible.
Suitable issues
- Windows starts but is slow or displays errors.
- Update, driver, application and user-profile problems.
- Assessment for safe backup, repair or reinstallation.
- Guided rescue when Windows does not start and a suitable USB is available.
How the service will work
We first determine whether the case is suitable for remote work. The customer starts a temporary tool and gives explicit consent. Diagnostics are completed before any risky change.
Actions requiring additional confirmation
- Data deletion, formatting or reinstallation.
- Partition, BitLocker or boot-structure changes.
- Work on a drive showing signs of physical failure.
- Storage of personal files on our server without a separate agreement.
USB rescue media
If Windows does not start at all, bootable USB media is required. Initially, customers will create it on another computer using a guided process. A preconfigured MUNA Rescue USB is planned later.
Pilot requests are now accepted, but submitting the form does not mean the work has been accepted or that payment is due. We will first confirm whether the case is suitable for remote work and agree the next step. Card payments are not yet active.
